the room was clean that met my expectations

i arrived late and found only one staff member on duty i had a problem with the coffee machine but no one could fix it i appreciated the coffee offered instead the air conditioning was noisy and i could not switch it off i did not sleep well the breakfast was very basic

the shuttle from the airport was new and clean. the driver was very helpful and friendly. check in was easy , and the king room city view was beautiful. the rooftop pool was beautiful and had a great view of the city.

the bar was out of many food items. they did not have fries , fish and chips , or tacos. the staff said the chips and salsa were not good , so i chose a caesar salad and cheese pizza , but neither were good.
